The Wiggler in comparison has a smaller hitbox, and is thus easier to maneuver around with. The W25 and Flame Rider are not viable online due to their large hitboxes making them susceptible to items or hazards on the racetrack. Generally, vehicles with four wheels drive much better because tight lines can be taken much more easily and alignment is much more easy too. Outside-drifting bikes such as Standard Bike and Flame Rider can't jerk drifts outwards as much as ATVs or karts. The Standard Bike, W25 Silver Arrow, and Flame Rider have the same stats as the Wiggler, but are not used as much. Although the Wiggler has a bad weight stat, we already made up for that by using a heavy character like Waluigi. This ATV has really good Mini-Turbo, Speed (especially on Anti-Gravity!!), and Traction.
Waluigi is the most common character out of this group because of his narrow model, allowing us to see more of the road. Not to mention these characters have very good weight too, so we won't be bumped as much as the lighter characters. This complements our priorities for both Mini-Turbo and speed very well. However, they compensate for that tiny speed loss with a mini-turbo bonus, which the other characters do not have. These characters are the most common on Wigglers online, and for good reason! The stats of these characters are almost as fast as the fastest and heavier characters (Wario, Dry Bowser, Bowser, Morton, Heavy Mii). Now, I will go over each component of the most viable build online.

And it's not fun to be much slower than everyone else when we're not in a Mini-Turbo boost, plus the fact that we are more susceptible to being pushed into a wall, into off-road, or literally off-the-road. This build has the lowest speed AND weight. On tracks like Wario Gold Mine, Wario Stadium, or Mute City, there aren't many places to optimize Mini-Turbos and so we will be much much slower than everyone else. It is important to note that if we use a combo with maximum mini-turbo (Baby Daisy + Biddybuggy + Roller + Paper Glider), we will constantly be a lot slower every time we are not in a mini-turbo boost.
